Slump above portal. <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />The mine facilities in the north area and south area was observed and no problems were noted with the <br />following exception: <br />• A large propane tank is located on the west side of Road B. This tank does not appear to be depicted on <br />Map 2.05.3M1A. However, a propane tank is depicted as facility 916 on Map 2.05.3MIA and is located <br />on the east side of Road B adjacent to the Waste Handling and Recycle Area. There does not appear to be <br />a propane tank at this location as depicted on the map.
