sites except L, M, and D are considered reclaimed and have at least 80 percent growth. Site <br />D will probably be 80% regrowth at the end of 2015. Site L and Site M were reseeded in <br />fall 2014 and minor growth has begun (2015). There are no erosion problems. <br />Proposed 2015 Operations: <br />Operations will be in conjunction with operations on Glacier Peak Mining claims and <br />Crystaljack mining claims commencing early June and extending through July. A John <br />Deere 992 and/or 350 track hoe will be predominantly used. <br />Site J may be opened approximately 0.03 acre and will remain open for future operations. <br />Site H may also be partially opened about 0.03 acre and will remain open for future <br />operations. <br />Site visits, including mineral extraction, reclamation, and claim maintenance will be <br />continued throughout the season. <br />Anticipated 2015 Disturbances: <br />An additional 0.06 acre will be opened at Sites H and J for total 2015 disturbance of 0.06 <br />acres. <br />Proposed 2015 Reclamation: <br />The road between Site H and Site I will be reclaimed and is included in the 0.06 acres. <br />This area will be recontoured and reseeded. <br />Sufficiency of Bond: <br />A reclamation bond of $ 17,693 is set aside with the State of Colorado for this permit.
