MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD 110(1) ANNUAL REPORT <br />For Season 2014 <br />T. D. MINERALS MINING <br />PERMIT NO. M-2006-034 <br />Summary: <br />Prepared: 13 April 2015 <br />Submitted: 6 June 2015 <br />T. D. Minerals Mining operated mechanized equipment on the Blue Streak No. 1 claim for <br />three days in conjunction with Glacier Peak Mining and Crystaljack Mining. One <br />previously excavated site (approx. 1983) and Sites L and M were reclaimed and reseeded. <br />Map Depicting Operations: <br />Attached is a map which shows the four claims covered under this mining permit. The 14 <br />permitted excavation sites are labeled by letters A through N and are indicated by dashed <br />lines, either rectangular or circular, on the map. An orange area within a permitted site <br />indicates an open excavation where work will resume during next season. Only a small <br />area at Site I is open. Green shaded areas are excavations that have been refilled, <br />recontoured, and reseeded but have not reached 80 percent regrowth. Site D was reclaimed <br />in 2012. Blue shaded areas indicate reclamation over 80 percent regrowth. Sites A, B, C, E, <br />I, and J are considered to have 80 percent or better regrowth. <br />Current Disturbances (2014 <br />No new disturbances were created in 2014. Reclamation was accomplished at Site L and <br />Site M. <br />Reclamation Accomplished to Date (Including 2014 <br />A total of 2.56 acres has been disturbed and reclaimed since 2006. This does not include <br />reclaimed access roads. The access road to Site D and Road B remain open. Others have <br />been reclaimed. <br />Reclamation Accomplished During2014: <br />Site L and Site M and a small portion of Site N (which will not be excavated) were <br />reclaimed and reseeded. This included previously excavated areas which were dug by <br />others during the 1980s. Total reclamation was 0.53 acres. All sites were inspected and <br />regrowth is good. <br />Trees and shrubs that have been previously planted show about an 85 percent survival rate. <br />Grass is showing evenly across the reclaimed sites and coverage continues to improve.
