Jason Musick -2- June 4, 2015
2.05.4(2)(e) — Revegetation Plan
1. Section 2.05.4(2)(e) of the permit describes three major plant communities: Juniper Wood land,
Mixed Shrub and Disturbed Meadow. The Drill Pads and Roads Baseline Vegetation Survey
submitted with TR -101 lists three different plant communities: Mesic Mountain Shrub, Xeric
Mountain Shrub and Aspen. These three new plant communities need to be added to Section
2.05.4(2)(e) with a discussion addressing the details in Rule 2.05.4(2)(e)(i — vii).
DRMS - Amended pages 2.05-68 through 2.05-79 are enclosed.
Volume III, Exhibit 5 — Phase II Bond Release Report 2014
1. DRMS - On page 2.05-76 of the permit, it states that quantitative sampling methods will be
consistent with the methods used in the 1995 baseline study. The methods used by Cedar Creek
in the 2014 sampling are similar but not consistent with the 1995 study. Please clarify why the
methods used were not consistent with the 1995 study.
BRL - The sampling protocols detailed in the 1995 baseline study had to be amended to
accommodate small drill pads and narrow roads.
Sincerely,
J.
