This structure is in compliance with Boulder County building
codes.
2) 1 also wish to keep the 5x3x3 cinderblock storage unit with concrete floor for storage of
personal items. This structure is also in compliance with Boulder County building codes.
3) 1 would also like to keep the head frame intact as a historical landmark for the Sunshine
Mining community. For without mining, our Sunshine community would not have existed. I
would take all precautions in keeping it safe, secure, and in compliance with state and
county guidelines.
4) 1 would like the plan to reflect that I, or my heirs, will be able to do most of the reclamation
work ourselves. We have our own, or access to, earthmoving equipment that would be
considerably less expensive than what is mentioned in our plan for outside sources to
complete. We would follow state regulations and work with the DRMS to meet the
requirements of the plan. Upon compliance and release, any bond monies not
utilized/needed would be returned to me/my estate.
✓ AF & Report
✓ No Violations
