Cumulative Diversion Limitations: Applicant will limit its cumulative diversions from any and/or all of the above described points of diversion so as not to exceed 650 c.f.s. in total and so as not to exceed the following flow limitations when used for these purposes: 7.3.5.1. The lands that may be irrigated are located within Applicant's service area. In addition to using the water to irrigate the lands of Applicant's shareholders, Applicant will also use the water for fish propagation and surface recreation within the reservoirs; in exchanges to be later decreed or duly approved, whereby the water will be exchanged for other water diverted at Applicant's Cache La Poudre River headgate for the Greeley No. 2 Canal, or at other locations.
