<br />7.1.3. Dates of initiation of appropriation: September 17, 2001 for 1,500 acre-feet,
<br />December 19, 2002 for 700 acre-feet, and December 29, 2004 for 455 acre-feet.
<br />7.1.4. Amount: 2,655 acre-feet, with the right to fill and one refill annually
<br />(CONDITIONAL).
<br />7.2. The Barnesville Equalizer and Recharge Facility (the "Barnesville Equalizer). The
<br />Barnesville Equalizer is an off -channel reservoir located in portions of the NWl/4, and
<br />the NE%4 of Section 17, and the N % and the SE'/4 of the SW %4 of Section 8, Township
<br />6 North, Range 63 West, 6h P.M.
<br />7.2.1. Points of diversion: Same as ¶7.1.1 above.
<br />7.2.2. Source: Same as 17.1.2 above.
<br />7.2.3. Date of initiation of appropriation: September 17, 2001.
<br />7.2.4. Amount: 300 acre-feet, with the right to fill and one refill annually
<br />(CONDITIONAL). The diversion rates for filling the reservoir will be limited to
<br />the rates specified in 17.3.4.
<br />7.3. Greeley No. 2 Canal, a.k.a. the New Cache la Poudre Irrigating Company Ditch (the
<br />"Greeley No. 2 Canal'). The Greeley No. 2 Canal is the main canal for the New Cache
<br />system and traverses portions of Sections 7, 8, 16, 17, 20, 21, 29 and 30, Township 6
<br />North, Range 63 West; Sections 7, 11, 12, 14, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, 25 and 27,
<br />Township 6 North, Range 64 West; Sections 1, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 22, 23 and 27,
<br />Township 6 North, Range 65 West; Sections 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 23 and 24,
<br />Township 6 North, Range 66 West; Sections 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 23 and 24, Township 6
<br />North, Range 67 West; Sections 11, 12 and 13, Township 6 North, Range 68 West, and
<br />is located in both Larimer and Weld Counties, Colorado, as shown on Exhibit A,
<br />attached hereto.
