Vegetation
studies will be conducted on both the reclaimed areas and the reference area at the same time.
This study will be conducted immediately prior to, or as part of, the first cut conducted on the
reclaimed and reference areas by the farmers (Morgan).
If the data from the vegetation studies does not show that the reclaimed IC -NPF area has
achieved 90% of the reference area vegetation (within the statistical confidence interval) in
either Year 9 or 10, then management activities will continue into the following year. The
vegetation study will then be repeated until at least two of the last four years of the liability
period show successful revegetation (90% of reference area vegetation).
August 2013 PR -08 2.05.4(2)(e) - 49
