The <br />BB Road Detour was reclaimed in 2009, except for the portion on the Benson east property, <br />which will remain at the request of the landowner. A letter from the landowner certifying his <br />desire for the road to remain can be found in Attachment 2.05.3(3)-8. <br />11. Support Facilities <br />Buildings. Existing buildings include a cinder block building (16' x 32) to be used as a <br />conference and training facility, a metal shop building (33'x 45') to be used as a warehouse, <br />a cinder block storage building (25'x 90) also to be used for warehousing, a foreman's trailer <br />(10'W x 37' L x 8' H), a parts semi -truck trailer (8'W x 40' L x 8' H), a pre-engineered metal - <br />frame -metal clad repair shop (52' x 85') with outside equipment wash pad, an oil separator <br />that is attached to the wash pad to separate oil from the wash water, a 10' x 10' furnace <br />room attached to the north end of the repair shop, a metal -frame -metal clad bath house 24' x <br />34'), and a fuel and lube oil storage and pump facility consisting of storage vessels contained <br />inside a lined earthen berm that will contain the volume from the largest vessel plus the 10yr- <br />24hr rainfall event, and a frame house (24' x 40) in use as the mine office all located at the <br />NH2 facilities area. A proposed hay shed (40' W x 60' L x 18' H) will be constructed by the <br />property owner on the TMR47, LLC tract near Pond 007 and remain as a permanent <br />structure.
