RESPONSE: See attached "Noxious Weed Control Plan" in Exhibit E— Reclamation <br />Plan. <br />6.4.6 Exhibit F — Reclamation Plan Map <br />28. The Division requests a copy of Exhibit F.1: Reclamation Plan Map without the <br />permit boundaries associated with the former Masonville Div Operation (M-1985- <br />099). <br />RESPONSE: The former Masonville Div Permit boundaries (M-1985-099) have <br />been removed from the Reclamation Plan Map. <br />29. As required by Rule 6.4.6(1), the Reclamation Plan Map must show the proposed <br />topography with contour lines of sufficient detail to portray the direction and rate <br />of slope of all reclaimed lands. The Reclamation Plan Map which was submitted <br />appears to show the existing contours of the site. Please revise the Reclamation <br />Plan Map accordingly. <br />RESPONSE: Created proposed contour lines to show the reclaimed land. <br />6.4.7 Exhibit G — Water Information <br />30. The Application included a copy of a stormwater discharge permit. Please specify if <br />this permit has been obtained and commit to providing the Division with a copy of <br />the permit when it is obtained. <br />RESPONSE: Application for a Stormwater Discharge Permit has been issued on <br />March 24, 2015. A supplement form indicating the outfalls for the facility is being <br />submitted in order to finalize the permit and receive the approved copy. Once the <br />approved Stormwater Discharge Permit has been received, we will submit it. <br />31. As required by Rule 6.4.7(2), all tributary water courses, wells, springs, and ditches <br />on the affected land and on adjacent lands where such structures may be affected <br />by the proposed mining operation shall be identified on Exhibit C. Please revise the <br />Mining Plan Map according. <br />RESPONSE: Verified all existing water features stated in Rule 6.4.7(2) have been <br />labeled in Exhibit C. There are no wells on site. <br />32. The stormwater management plan states additional controls include proposed <br />entrance stabilization and stabilization of the material handling areas. Please <br />describe the measure to be taken to stabilize these areas in order to control <br />stormwater runoff. <br />RESPONSE: Vehicle tracking control will be used at the two entrances to the site. <br />There is a designated stabilized staging area for storage of materials.
