As an intermittent status (IS) operator the following information is required with <br />submittal of the annual report. A description of the condition of the operation at the <br />time it entered IS; along with a description of the current condition of the operation, <br />supplemented with maps. A description of the measures that have been and will be <br />implemented to comply with reclamation and performance standards and a description of <br />the plans for resumption of mining. <br />A. Description of the Condition when the Operation Entered IS <br />1. When Colowyo entered into IS status the operation was at a steady state. Material <br />was being mined from the toe of the outcrop as needed or dozed down to the toe <br />and mined accordingly. Operations and mining methods have not changed since <br />the permit was issued. <br />B. Description of Current Conditions of the Operation <br />1. As of 2014 the outcrop of rock being mined is a steady state and when material is <br />needed it is mined from the toe of the slope, or some material is dozed down to <br />the toe and mined accordingly. Please see Map 1 which delineates the mining <br />area (disturbance boundary). <br />C. Description of Reclamation and Performance Standards <br />1. Mining of the Neilson Pit is occurring as needed and reclamation of the Neilson <br />Pit will not commence until mining is complete. Once mining is complete, <br />Colowyo will reclaim the Nielson Pit in accordance with the Section 6.3.4 Exhibit <br />D - Reclamation Plan of its permit to mine. <br />VII. Site Contact Information <br />Contact information for the Neilson Pit has been updated in 2015, and the revised <br />information has been provided on the 110c Annual Report form. <br />
