May 28 15 07:59p Joellen 9708647682 p.5 <br />samples. So, I told Ross to submit 33 samples but on the <br />other two samples just put zeroes and then they complied <br />with the rules. He did not, he submitted the 31 and got a <br />letter back from the State that it required 33 and that he <br />should have submitted 33 with just zeroes and it would <br />pass. Again, another consecutive year messed up. Then, <br />they submitted the correct amount of samples which <br />would have ALL passed, but were not done on time. <br />They took the sampling near JULY and all sampling <br />according to rules had to be done BY MAY, common <br />husbandry practices that all farmers cut first cutting by <br />last of May or first part of June and these samples had to <br />be done by May prior to any harvesting and they were <br />not. Another year messed up. As is right now. ALL <br />SAMPLING HAS TO BE DONE BY MAY and has not <br />been, another year gone. So, these results that are always <br />gotten has NOTHING to do with PRODUCTION, it has <br />to do with timing and following the rules and regulations. <br />Then, WFC withdrew their request for Bond release last <br />year even though production was met because of the <br />HAUL pac road and because of the WATER from the <br />ponds and everything that they did not have settlements <br />and agreements for that would affect the use of before <br />they were finished using it. Again, not because of <br />production. The rules and regulations do not allow for <br />these areas to be replowed and planted WITHOUT <br />starting the time clock over again.
