The HGLO consists of an unreclaimed haul <br />road, Tie -Across Haul Road, reclaimed office and facilities area, an unreclaimed rail loop, and 2 unreclaimed <br />sediment ponds. Although it was not raining at the time of the inspection, it had rained earlier int he day, and was <br />overcast and misty during the inspection. The ground was very wet, and Dry creek was flowing high, though not <br />out of its banks. <br />FISH and WILDLIFE — Rule 4.18: <br />Three Sandhill crane were observed in the ditch on the south side of the TAHR. The birds moved <br />southward to join a flock of about 20 other Sandhill cranes further to the south of the haul road.
