RE: Natural Soda LLC Undesirable Event Report, Minor Release of Aqueous Barren Brine
Dear Mr. Walter:
Natural Soda LLC (NS) hereby encloses an Undesirable Event Report detailing an approximate
600 gallon release of aqueous barren brine (500 gallons of the water was contained in a
carboy). The release effected approximately 1,000 square feet of currently disturbed land. No
vegetation or topsoil was impacted. The affected area was promptly remediated by scraping the
minor baking soda residue from the ground surface and transferring the material to a dumpster
for routine disposal. Additional details may be found in the attached Undesirable Event Report.
