Disturbed section of waste pile. <br />REVEGETATION — Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />Areas reseeded with the reclamation performed in 2014 includes the Munger Creek crossing, topsoil pile, sediment <br />pond, portion of the waste pile and culvert crossings found along the lower sections of the haul road. Early signs of <br />limited vegetation were observed along each of reclaimed sections. No noxious weeds were found along the sites. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />Mine identification signs were located at the gated entrance. All required information for compliance was present. <br />Disturbance markers were observed along the disturbance boundary. Markers are in the form of red painted rebar. <br />Mine identification markers. <br />TOPSOIL — Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />The topsoil pile on site no longer exists. The topsoil was used during the reclamation of the sediment pond. The <br />foot print of the pile has been roughened, reseeded and mulched. <br />
