No company representative was present at the mine site <br />and accompanied DRMS in the inspection. Weather conditions were clear and the temperature around sixty -five <br />degrees fahrenheit with ground conditions were dry. There was no activity at the mine site at the time of the <br />inspection. <br />BACKFILL and GRADING — Rule 4.14 <br />Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2; Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); <br />Steep Slopes 4.14.2, 4.27; Handling of Acid and Toxic Materials 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br />The sediment pond was backfilled and regraded in the fall of 2014. The area was roughened for sediment control <br />as well as for revegetation. No signs of erosion were observed at the pond backfill. <br />The topsoil pile associated with the pond has been regraded to blend with the topography. The area was <br />roughened, seeded and mulched. <br />No issues were observed with the haul road or the portals. <br />Remaining topsoil pile foot print. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Reclaimed sediment pond. <br />
