1199 Main Avenue, Suite 101, Durango, CO 813011 www.tegrecorp.com 1970.828.4732
teg ,
The Operations area and the Conceptual Access road are now shown on the Exhibit C map as part of the
permitted area. This additional acreage is also reflected throughout the application.
The numbering of the mining phases reflects the contemplated direction of mining.
The locations of stripped top -soil and overburden have been added to the mining plan map that is
attached to this letter —this information has also been reflected in Exhibit D changes.
Exhibit D – Mining Plan, Rule 6.4.4
A new discussion of site acres as well as a table reflecting these acres, which includes all areas of buffers,
access, and operations area is reflected in the revised Exhibit D made part of this letter as an
attachment.
The text within the Exhibit D text indicating 15 phases was a typo. It was changed to reflect the 10
phases and is reflected in the revised Exhibit D.
The revised Exhibit D also includes a general description of where the stripped top -soil and overburden
will be stockpiled. This change is also reflected on the Mining Plan Map, Exhibit C.
Exhibit E – Reclamation Plan, Rule 6.4.5
Table E1 within Exhibit E has been revised to be consistent with those acreages now shown within
Exhibit C and Exhibit D. The revised Exhibit E is attached to this letter. Accordingly, we were careful to
ensure that all land that is affected by the cut and fill for construction the access road is included in this
estimate. Furthermore, all acreages are now reflected to the nearest hundredth to avoid rounding
discrepancies.
A direct statement as regards noticing the Division upon acceptance of clean fill has been made within
the revised Exhibit E attached to this letter. Additionally, edits have been made to indicate the
minimum cover required for reclamation over exposed bedrock, the irrigated lands seed mix has been
removed from the exhibit, and discrepancies in mulch application has been made. This has eliminated
the need to identify separate rate and application areas within the reclamation map.
Exhibit G –Water Information, Rule 6.4.7
Anew water wells map was made to clearly identify the location of nearby wells. This new map is
attached to this letter.
Exhibit J – Veeetation Information. Rule 6.4.10
The Vegetation map has been fixed with a legend to show which map colors are associated to a
particular vegetation community type. This updated map is attached to this letter.
Exhibit L– Reclamation Costs, Rule 6.4.12
No action required.
Exhibit N – Source of Legal Right to Enter, Rule 6.4.14
The right to enter is provided through the combination of the three documents submitted within this
exhibit. We have highlighted those specific sections within each document to clearly identify the right
to enter.
21 Page
