CRIPPLE CREEK & VICTOR GOLD MINING Co. <br />ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI (COLORADO) amec <br />SQUAW GULCH (VLF) WEEKLY REPORT foster <br />wheeler <br />placement of bedding and backfill materials. Waterline indicator tape was placed prior to <br />backfilling. <br />Continued pumping of residual water from the Low Volume Solution Control System (LVSCS) <br />riser pipes. Amec personnel observed and monitored the pumping activities during the reporting <br />period. <br />EC Applications (ECA) was on site to perfrom minor repairs to previously deployed Phase 1 <br />LLDPE geomembrane liner located between the B and DD benches. Amec personnel were on <br />site to monitor all cleaning and repair activities. All repairs were performed in accordance with the <br />project specifications. <br />Began and completed the welding /installation of HDPE piping for the small water -truck water <br />standpipe north of the Surge Borrow area. <br />One GPS equipped Cat D7 dozer graded the ADR2 building area footprint. <br />One Cat D6 dozer fed a Komatsu loader with cut material from the vicinity of ADR2 haul road <br />station 40 +00. The material was loaded into 10 -wheel dump trucks and hauled to the ADR2 <br />security pad. A Cat D6 dozer and Cat CS56 compactor spread and compacted the material. <br />B) Underground Workings: <br />The following work was performed on the Underground Workings during the reporting period: <br />UG #6363 — Excavated approximately 10' into competent rock; backfilled. Remediated. <br />UG #6455 — Excavated approximately 15'— no bottom encountered; uncovered timbers; drill rig <br />access prepared. Further remediation required. <br />UG #6456 — Excavated approximately 20'— no bottom encountered; uncovered timbers; drill rig <br />access prepared. Confirmatory drilling: 21 borings; — 1,050LF. Further remediation required. <br />UG #6458 — Excavated to approximately 6' into competent rock; backfilled. Remediated. <br />UG #6465 — Excavated approximately 16' into competent rock; backfilled. Remediated. <br />UG #6466 — Excavated approximately 8' into competent rock; backfilled. Remediated. <br />UG #6467 — Excavated approximately 16' into native ground; backfilled. Remediated. <br />UG #6468 — Excavated approximately 15'— opening too narrow for excavator bucket; uncovered <br />timbers, drill rig access prepared. Confirmatory drilling: 32 borings; — 1,650LF. Further <br />remediation required. <br />UG #6470 — Excavated approximately 8' into competent rock; located a drift; backfilled for safety <br />and drill rig access. Confirmatory drilling: 43 borings; — 2,100LF. Further remediation required. <br />UG #6472 — Confirmatory drilling: 26 borings; — 1,300LF. Further remediation required. <br />UG #6479 — Excavated approximately 10' into competent rock; backfilled. Remediated. <br />
