regulations of any governmental body or authority applicable to the <br />Leased Premises. <br />d. All provisions and revisions, amendments, expansions, or modifications to <br />the Permits shall be shared with Lessee upon execution of this document; <br />and any subsequent revisions, amendments, expansions or modifications <br />sought by Lessee shall first be subject to Lessor's prior written consent, <br />which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Those provisions and <br />revisions, amendments, expansions, or modifications to the Permits are <br />incorporated herein and become part of this Lease. <br />e. Lessee shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules <br />and regulations of governmental bodies and agencies regulating the <br />Leased Premises and with all conditions and requirement of the Permits <br />insofar as such conditions and requirements pertain' to operations <br />hereunder by Lessee on Lessor's Property. <br />f. Lessee shall be responsible for stripping and reclamation activities in the <br />areas Lessee mines and disturbs on the Premises. Lessee shall reclaim all <br />such mined areas at least to the specifications in accordance with the <br />reclamation plan under the Permits and to the satisfaction of the Division <br />of Minerals and Geology. <br />g. Lessee shall not cause or allow the slurry wall constructed by Lessor to be <br />damaged by Lessee's operations or by others within Lessee's control. <br />Should the slurry wall become damaged through the operations of Lessee <br />or others under Lessee's control, Lessor will employ an engineer to <br />determine the extent of the damage and to prescribe a repair for such <br />damage. Lessee agrees that it shall be responsible for the costs of such <br />engineering fees and repairs and shall make any such payments to Lessor <br />immediately upon presentation of such invoices to Lessee. Should Lessee <br />fail to make such payments to Lessor within 30 days of receipt of such <br />invoices, this will constitute a default and Lessor shall have the right to all <br />of the remedies available under this Lease. <br />h. Lessee shall cooperate with Lessor to expeditiously complete operations <br />and reclamation obligations to allow Lessor to construct water storage <br />facilities as designed. Upon completion of mining and reclamation on <br />portions of the Premises, Lessor shall have all rights to utilize such <br />portions of the Premises. <br />i. Lessee shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local pollution <br />control and environmental protection laws, regulations and rules, <br />including but not limited to the rules set forth in Addendum 1 attached <br />hereto. <br />
