Ground water exposure. <br />2. Mischa racterization of groundwater conditions and drainage in the mining application. <br />3. Disposal of imported material and debris by burning. <br />4. No affidavit regarding the importation of material. <br />5. Nonconformance with enforceable conditions in the permit. <br />6. No active storm water permit on file. <br />7. Storage of material and equipmentn not associated with the mining operation. <br />A more thorough examination of these .c�om I follows.
