Exhibit C— Miningplanning William K. Havengar
Bootleg Quany Lazy HInc
1) Groundwater will not be impacted because mining will not extend below the water table.
Surface water will not be encountered or intercepted.
J) Mining operations will not interfere with groundwater and/or surface water, so Colorado
water laws and regulations governing injury to existing water rights is not applicable.
K) Since mining will consist of removal of aggregates only and rock will not be exposed to
the environment, exposure of refuse, acid and/or toxic producing materials is not expected.
If hazardous materials are encountered they will be disposed of in accordance with
applicable Colorado regulatory requirements.
L) Surface water will not be encountered or disturbed during mining. The general current
surface drainage patterns will be maintained after reclamation and will allow for the
reclaimed surface to be used as rangeland.
M) Mined material will not be processed onsite.
N) The primary commodity to be mined will be sand used for backfill on construction projects.
O) No incidental products are expected to be mined or extracted.
P) Explosives will not be used for either mining or reclamation.
March 20, 2015 2 EngineeringAnalytics, Inc.
