Exhibit B — Site Description William K. Havengar
Bootleg Quany Lazy H Inc
sources. The proposed operations will not require any surface water diversions, pit dewatering
and/or impoundments.
Management of stormwater runoff by onsite ponding and evaporation will be used to prevent the
transport of sediment during precipitation events to surface water receptors. No surface water
channels will be disrupted as part of the proposed Mining Plan (Exhibit E -1) and no offsite
discharges of water are anticipated during operations. Thus, a Colorado Discharge Permitting
System permit for stormwater management will not need to be obtained.
REFERENCES:
Colorado Division of Water Resources (CDWR), (2015)_ AquaMap.
