10.0 PLAN IMPLEMENTATION AND AMMENDMENT <br />Copies of the ERP /SPCC are available in strategic locations at the water treatment facility for ease <br />of reference. These locations include: <br />a) Site Environmental Coordinator's Office <br />b) Water Treatment Plant Operator's Office <br />In conjunction with the distribution of the ERP /SPCC Plan, all employees and contractors receive <br />instructions on the content of the plan, along with periodic instruction on the nature, transportation, <br />and handling of on -site materials. This is done as part of annual safety refresher training. A record <br />of this training session is kept and filed by the Site Environmental Coordinator. <br />The appropriate measures recommended by the Colorado Division of Wildlife (CDOW) for the <br />protection of wildlife from designated chemicals, toxic or acid - forming materials and acid mine <br />drainage can be found in BMRI's approved permit, Appendix M. A copy of this ERP /SPCC <br />revision has been sent to the CDOW for their information. <br />This ERP /SPCC Plan will be reviewed and updated on an annual basis to reflect changes in site <br />conditions and activities.
