• 4.065 RECONDITIONING <br />In order to promote effective vegetation reestablishment, EFCI will sample and complete <br />laboratory analyses on the upper one (1) foot of replaced soil and underlying materials prior <br />to seeding. If soil analysis results indicate deficiencies of critical soil nutrients, EFCI will <br />design a soil conditioning program in cooperation with, and based upon the <br />recommendations of Colorado State University Cooperative Extension Service.
