• 4.065 RECONDITIONING
In order to promote effective vegetation reestablishment, EFCI will sample and complete
laboratory analyses on the upper one (1) foot of replaced soil and underlying materials prior
to seeding. If soil analysis results indicate deficiencies of critical soil nutrients, EFCI will
design a soil conditioning program in cooperation with, and based upon the
recommendations of Colorado State University Cooperative Extension Service. The CDMG
will be notified of any salinity concerns identified.
