The Applicant wrapped the remaining 5% tail of the depletions into the previous
months. The depletions factors for the areas west and east of the McCanne Ditch are shown

The projected lagged depletions that are expected to hit the river during the period of
this SWSP total 128.3 acre -feet. This value includes depletions from past activity that hit the
river during this timeframe.
Replacements
The replacement sources for this SWSP include the following:
• Consumptive use portion of RMCC's 16 Fulton Ditch shares.
• Consumptive use credits from the Fulton Ditch shares previously stored in City of
Brighton storage (Kenneth Mitchell Lake).
• Water lease with City of Brighton for up to 250 acre -feet per year.
The previous SWSP approval required that any future SWSP requests provide additional
information about the use of the Fulton Ditch shares on the four farms, including years of use
and non -use and a historical use analysis. RMCC now only has 16 Fulton Ditch shares
associated with two farms, the Arends and Tower Farms. The 54 Fulton Ditch shares
previously included in the combined plan are now dedicated to the North Tower Pit
augmentation plan in case no. 90CW039.
The Applicant's June 16, 2010 SWSP application describes the lands historically
irrigated by the 16 Fulton Ditch shares as follows:
• 4.8 acres of 29 acres at the Arends Farm (Section 14, T1 S, R67W, which were
irrigated by 5 of 30 shares now owned by RMCC. The dry up area is within the Cell
3 /Lot 1 area, which has an approved liner.
• 12.1 acres of 49 acres at the Tower Farm (Section 23, T1 S, R67W), which were
historically irrigated by 11 shares owned by RMCC out of 45 total used on the farm.
The dry up area is within the North Tower Pit Site.
