[19] Number of days there was a call on the South Platte River. Conservatively projected to have a call for the entire SWSP period.
[20] Out -of -priority depletion equals the fraction of the total net depletion that occurred when there was a call on the South Platte River, equal to [ 18] * [ 19] / # of days in month.
[21] RMCC's total Fulton Ditch share deliveries to the river at Brighton's Midland or 124th Ave augmentation' stations and to storage at Brighton's 124th Storage Pond, Kenneth Mitchell Lake, or Erger's
Pond, as reported by Brighton.
[22] Total Fulton Ditch return flow replacement requirement is equal to the total Fulton Share Deliveries, multiplied by the return flow factors presented in Table 3C, for days when there was a
downstream river call. `
[23] Fulton Ditch replacement consumptive use (CU) credit from RMCC's undedicated 16 shares, equal to [21] - [22].
[24] Total replacement requirement is the total of the out -of -priority depletion and the Fulton Ditch return flow obligation, equal to [20] + [22].

surplus Fulton credits delivered to storage (see Table 2).
[31] Remaining operations replacement requirement equals previous [31 ] + [24] - [25] - [27] - [29], if positive, otherwise equal to zero.
