CRIPPLE CREEK & VICTOR GOLD MINING Co. <br />ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI (COLORADO) amec <br />SQUAW GULCH (VLF) WEEKLY REPORT foster <br />wheeler <br />the LLDPE liner to be covered prior to the start of DCF placement. Multiple Cat 740 haul trucks <br />hauled the DCF material from the on -site stockpile to the toe of the slope. GPS equipped Cat D6 <br />LGP dozers were used to spread the material, pushing uphill while maintaining a minimum of two <br />feet of cover between the LLDPE liner and the dozer tracks. See attached figure of DCF placed <br />during this reporting period. <br />Prior to DCF placement, high volume solution collection piping was placed on the approved <br />LLDPE liner per the project drawings. <br />Ames and Amec personnel were on site throughout the shift to monitor the integrity of the liner <br />and piping during DCF placement. <br />The above DCF activities were performed per the project plans and specifications. <br />Spent Ore: No activity <br />Underdrain System: <br />Primary Underdrain: Complete. <br />Secondary Underdrain: No activity <br />Tertiary Underdrain: No activity <br />Leak Detection: No activity <br />Miscellaneous: <br />Continued pumping of residual water from the Low Volume Solution Control System (LVSCS) <br />riser pipes — approximately 80,000 gallons were pumped during the reporting period. <br />Continued the installation of the 10" HDPE ADR2 fire -water line. The trench was backfilled and <br />compacted in the ADR2 security pad area to finish grade elevations. Tracer wire, indicator tapir, <br />and blue -board insulation were installed prior to trench backfill. <br />Excavated and hammered for future setting of a powerpole at the ADR2 pad. Black Hills installed <br />power poles 5, 6, 7 and 8 on the ADR2 pad during this period. <br />Re- graded the ADR2 buliding footprint. Excavated —1.5' of Spent Ore material from a portion of <br />the ADR2 building footprint. The material was hauled and dumped within the PSSA footprint <br />approximately 50 yards from where it was excavated. <br />B) Underground Workings: <br />The following work was performed on the Underground Workings during the reporting period: <br />UG #6133 — Concrete plug poured (13 yards); placed Cemented Rock Fill (65 yards). <br />Remediated. <br />UG #6446 — Concrete plug poured (5 yards), placed Cemented Rock Fill (60 yards). Remediated. <br />UG #6460 — Concrete plug poured (6 yards); placed Cemented Rock Fill (46 yards). Remediated. <br />
