filling over the slab to prevent later access and provide a reclaimed surface. The cost of this
work is included in Exhibit L.
These structures may be installed for all three shafts that are planned in the permit. However, it
is requested that only the Governor Basin shaft structures be considered for bonding at this
time. This is due to the fact that the other shafts may not require any structures on the top
I
surface. It is understood that a Technical Revision will be needed at a later date before any
other structures can be installed at any of the other two shafts.
Item 6 - Knelson Concentrator
The Knelson Concentrator is a centrifugal bowl concentrator
uses fast spinning action to
create centrifugal force which then separates materials by the'I density. This will be used in the
mill to enhance concentration of the denser sulfide minerals and gold, which will help recovery
and help ensure that the tails have the least amount of sulfide possible. The concentrator is
approximately 6 feet in diameter and 6 feet high. It uses water to effect the density separation
I
and no other chemicals are required for this item. All water w I ill be recycled in the mill system.
The concentrator will be placed after the ball mill but before the flotation cells. In the worst
i
case reclamation, it will be left underground, therefore, there is no bond cost required.
Item 7 - Sea Cans on Site
As of March 2015, it is planned to have 8 sea cans (shipping containers) of dimensions 20' x 8' x
9' metal in the area where the Future Mine Equipment Storage and Shop Building is shown on
I
the Mine Plan Maps. The permanent building is planned for the future but will likely not be
installed until after 2017. The sea cans will be stacked in an 01 pen 3 sided rectangle which will
act as a supply storage area. In addition, two sea cans are also planned for storage of supplies on
either side of the Filter Building and 2 more are planned for the area around the mine portal.
