If stabilization of the <br />stockpiles will be accomplished through revegetation, then specify the grass species which <br />will be planted along the with application rate (PLS /acre). I <br />17. The Mining Plan specifies that explosives are being used in the mining operation. The <br />Applicant provided information on blasting associated with the Masonville Div Operation <br />(M- 1985 -099). Please provide updated information for the Sprague Stone Operation.In <br />accordance with rule 6.5(4), the Operator must demonstrate the offsite areas will not be <br />adversely impacted by blasting. The blasting plan shall include the following information: <br />a) Specify frequency of blasting <br />b) Specify the blast pattern <br />c) Provide a cross section of a typical hole profile <br />d) Specify the delay timing , <br />e) Specify the air overpressure <br />f) Specify the peak particle velocity <br />g) Specify the maximum weight of explosives detonated in an 8 millisecond period <br />h) Specify who will conduct blasting <br />i) Specify if a pre -blast survey of all permanent man -made structures with the potential to <br />be impacted by blasting has been conducted <br />
