April 8, 2015 C- 1982- 056/Foidel Creek Mine JLE <br />Corehole site 1 Corehole site 2 <br />Corehole site 3 Corehole site 5 <br />Rule 4.07.1(1) and (2) indicates that each exploration hole shall be plugged and sealed and managed in accordance <br />with Rule 4.07.3. Rule 4.07.3 addresses the requirements for permanently sealing the coreholes. Each of the 30 <br />reclaimed coreholes must have been sealed in accordance with Rule 4.07.3. Rule 4.07.3(3) requires TC to submit <br />proof of compliance of sealing the drill holes within 60 days after abandoning the drill hole or when requested by <br />the Division. TC will need to submit the required proof of compliance reports with the information outlined in <br />Rule 4.07.3(3) for the 30 coreholes abandoned in 2014. <br />- Please submit the proof of compliance reports discussed above by May 15, 2015. <br />Maintenance Items: <br />-TC must regarded corehole sites 2 and 3 and fmish grading site 4 and 5. Also, TC will need to place the required <br />sediment control (wattles, sediment fence) around site 5.
