March 18, 2015 C-1981-010/Trapper Mine TNL <br /> <br /> <br />Culvert AE11 was clear. No water was flowing in the diversion ditch. <br /> <br />East Middle Flume No. 1 Pond was discharging. The spillway was clear and functional. The discharge was <br />infiltrating before reaching the flume. The flume appeared to be in good condition. <br /> <br />The diversion ditch between East Middle Flume and Middle Flume was stable and vegetated. (Photo 1) <br /> <br />Middle Flume No.1 and No. 3 Ponds were holding water and discharging. Pond No. 3 was receiving water from <br />Pond No. 1 and discharging to the flume. It appeared some water may be moving under the flume. <br />Culvert AE10 was clear and in good condition. A culvert had been removed in this area and the debris needs to be <br />removed. <br /> <br />Deal Pond No. 1 access was blocked at the time of inspection. <br /> <br />Oak Pond No. 1 was holding water and discharging at a trickle to Oak Pond No. 2 which was holding water but <br />not discharging. Oak ponds appeared stable; no slumping or major animal holes were observed. Spillway was <br />clear and dry. <br /> <br />West Flume No. 1 Pond was holding water, but not discharging. (Photo 2). Sediment marker was noted. Spillway <br />was clear. <br /> <br />Culvert above Grouse drainage was clear. <br /> <br />Grouse Pond No.1 was holding water but not discharging. Embankment appeared stable. <br /> <br />Sage Ponds 1 and 2 were dry and appeared stable and well vegetated. <br /> <br />East Pyeatt culverts appeared clear and in good condition. East Pyeatt Pond No. 1 was discharging. East Pyeatt <br />Pond No. 2 was discharging. East Pyeatt Pond No. 3 was discharging to the flume. (Photo 3) <br /> <br />Middle Pyeatt Ponds 1, 2, and 3 were noted to have sediments markers and appeared stable. A puddle was present <br />in Pond 1. Ponds 2 and 3 were dry. <br /> <br />Check dams and dozer basins were being installed in West Pyeatt drainage (Photos 4 and 5). Little slope erosion <br />was present up the drainage. One small rill was observed directly off a snow pile. <br /> <br />West Pyeatt pond No.1 was holding water but not discharging. West Pyeatt Pond No. 2 was dry. Sediment markers <br />were noted. Culverts above West Pyeatt were clear. <br /> <br />Culvert F19 was draining a drift of snow, could not fully see if culvert was clear but it was draining well. <br /> <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 7 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br /> <br />36 <br />Page of <br /> <br /> <br />
