The structure, in itself, is assembled using
threaded fasteners and could be disassembled and erected elsewhere, if found to be
feasible.
There is a 16' x 14' metal overhead garage door on the SE end of the building, along with a
32" walkway door. There is a 20' x 30' x 8" concrete entrance slab, on the exterior of the
building, in front of the overhead door, and a 22' x 40' x 8" interior concrete floor just inside
the overhead door with the remainder of the building floor being gravel. There is also a skid
mounted "Tuff Shed" placed off of the SE Corner of the building, which acts as an enclosure
for the generator (power source) for the building.
The revision to the current reclamation plan would reflect the removal of the structure, along
with concrete footer and slabs, prior to completion of the mine reclamation. The disturbed
area would then be graded and seeded to match the current requirements as stated in the
existing reclamation plan.
{D0922959.1)
