Phase I release on 135.3 reclaimed acres of permanent program lands. The area requested for release <br />included a 125.8 -acre block of reclamation in the southeast portion of the permit area, an 8 -acre <br />portion of the reclaimed solid waste disposal site, and a 1.5 -acre corridor associated with a <br />postmining drainage channel. These acres were originally associated with SL -1, but not approved at <br />that time. SL -4 was approved on May 11, 2010, which approved the release of $77,028.00 in <br />liability. <br />SCC submitted an application, SL -05, for a Phase II bond release on April 6, 2011 for the Seneca II <br />Mine. This application was found complete on May 19, 2011. The application requested Phase II <br />release on 219.7 reclaimed acres of permanent program lands. SL -05 was approved on September <br />11, 2012, which approved the release of $236,340.23 in liability. <br />SCC submitted an application, SL -06, for a Phase III bond release and termination of jurisdiction on <br />June 4, 2014 for the Seneca II Mine. This application was found complete on July 18, 2014. The <br />application requested release of the total 272.2 acres of permanent program lands that received Phase I <br />release under SL -O 1 and SL -04 and Phase II bond release under SL -03 and SL -05. SL -06 also requested <br />the termination of Division jurisdiction of the Seneca II Mine permit. The Seneca II disturbance area prior to the approval of PR -2 and after the approval of <br />SL -04 consisted of 2,037.59 acres (1,968.8 permanent program lands and 69.79 pre -law lands). Based <br />on the final decision of PR -2, the Seneca II Mine had a permit area of 271.20 acres. The Peabody Sage <br />
