RECEIVED
Nevedaville Encore LLC MAR 10 2010
P. O. Box 1442 DMSIM
Central City, Colorado jY
(303) - 681 -1111
March 10, 2015
Michael A. Cunningham
Colorado Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety
1313 Sherman Street, Room 215
Denver, CO 80203
RE: Iron & Wm. Richardson Lode Claims; DRMS File No. M- 2014 -006; Preliminary Adequacy
Review No. 2
Dear Mr. Cunningham,
Pursuant to your letter of March 3, 2015 the following is submitted to respond to the
requirements of said letter.
1) In re your ¶1. Attached are copies of correspondence with the BLM showing
notification, and response to the proposed mining and reclamation operation by the BLM.
6.3.3 Exhibit C — Mining Plan
2) In re your ¶2 the Mining Plan does include dust suppression. Nevadaville Encore
will obtain water for dust suppression, as required, from Central City, Colorado. Central City has
a facility to load trucks to provide water, for activities such as dust suppression, near the Central
City Parkway overpass and the R.V. Park south of town off Virginia Canyon Road, the same
main road that accesses the mine site.
6.3.4 Exhibit D — Reclamation Plan
3) In re your ¶3 the Reclamation Plan has been amended to state that 1 %2 -2 %s" of
biocompost will be placed over the area to be reclaimed. This amendment is based on
conversation with the U.S.D.A. botanist for Colorado who stated that due to the use of native
species in the seed mix it would not be advisable to introduce too much organics into the seed
bed as the native species are not tolerant of excess nitrogen from excess organic material. As a
result of this amendment the amount of biocompost to be imported is correct in the original
calculation.
4) In re your ¶4 the Reclamation Plan has been amended to add a statement that:
"The maximum grade anticipated after regarding is 25 %, i.e., 4H:1 V. No reclaimed slope will
exceed a slope of 3H:1 V." This amendment is based on an inspection by Mr. Danio that from the
indications available the original grade appears to be no steeper than 4H;1 V; but, allows for
some leeway in the final grading not exceeding a slope of 3H:1 V as required by the regulation.
