NPDES 10 does not have a <br />limitation set for mercury; therefore <br />the outfall is in compliance. <br />The potentially dissolved chronic <br />standard for selenium is 4.6 ug/l, <br />NPDES 13 exceeded on March 21 st <br />(9.6 ug/1) and on April 9th (16.1 ug/1). <br />At the time of sampling NPDES 13 <br />does not have a set value to limit <br />Selenium from the outfall, it is listed <br />as "report" only. Site YSS2 is located <br />downstream from outfalls 012,013, <br />and 014. Selenium was 1.6 ug/l on <br />April 9th. Sage Creek as a whole was <br />in compliance even though the <br />Selenium levels were elevated at <br />NPDES 13 at the time. <br />8.
