Snow was removed from areas <br />prior to fill placement. All construction materials placed were verified as suitable, and <br />construction methods were in accordance with project technical specifications. <br />Structural fill from the Anaconda Mine Complex excavation was hauled and placed as structura' <br />fill upslope of L6 +00 to L10 +00. A Cat vibratory roller compacted the fill per project <br />specifications. <br />Stockpiled material from slope grading activities near station 18 +00 was hauled to approved <br />subgrade within the PSSA toe berm. A Cat vibratory roller compacted the fill per project <br />specifications. <br />Slope grading occurred in Phase downslope of 16 +00 to 110 +00. <br />
