• Pull back 2' and start grout pour. Cement from top of sand to surface
with 13 pound per gallon neat cement. Mix and pump - 1630 gallons
(120 sacks) in 6 stages. Pull 10 joints of tremie at each stage.
• Cement did not come to surface.
• Install temporary plug and valve in tubing.
• Estimated flow from overburden zone 1 gpm.
October 27
• Tag cement at 20'. Fill to surface.
October 28
• Welder constructing wellhead and riser assembly. Install.
• Leave valve open, allowing well to flow and clean up. Measured flow
1.2 gpm.
November 17
• Flow testing well. Measured flow 1.5 gpm, shut -in pressure 47 psi.
