This TR is triggered in primarily by site improvements, that are <br />not reflected on the currently approved reclamation plan. Clifton Water District owns the property on <br />which this permit is located. The area encompassed by this Reclamation Permit is but part of a larger <br />domestic water treatment facility. <br />Following is a brief description of revisions or updates to the Reclamation Map (Exhibit F): <br />♦ Site Access — the site permitted by the DRMS was originally access near the northwest corner <br />of the property. The site access has been relocated to the southwest corner of the property <br />♦ Perimeter Maintenance Road — This road allows the owner full access around the perimeter of <br />the site for routine maintenance. <br />♦ Graveled Storage and Maintenance Area — This area is primarily within the vicinity of the <br />control house, pump vault and intake structure. This area allows Clifton Water to store <br />vehicles and equipment while performing routine maintenance on pumps and piping <br />appurtenances. <br />♦ Control House, Pump Vault with Intake Structures and associated piping and appurtenances — <br />This is the primary source of water utilized by Clifton Water for treatment and distribution <br />for Domestic use. The intake structure is located along the bank of the Colorado River. <br />The control house, although completely within the Clifton Water District property <br />boundary, it is only partially within the mining permit boundary. <br />
