The silt fence was in good condition with the <br />exception of the following items: <br />- the silt fence has fallen in various locations and will need to be re- attached to the wooden stakes. <br />r <br />.. ♦��! kN "'�i•_.. - ./'I �r� .. w .try, 3`. n.. f,,j, 4�!! <br />Areas of Silt Fence in Need of Repair <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3) /4.03.2(3) Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) Surfacing and Maintenance 4.03.1(5) and <br />(6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />The East Mine Haul Road has been narrowed to the current configuration. All surface drainage is directed to the <br />roadside ditch on the uphill side of the road by water bars. The ditch flow is then directed out of the ditches and <br />into Ditch 7, a drainage that runs parallel to the west side of the West Ridge Waste Pile, and out of the affected <br />area west of the West Ridge Waste Pile.
