March 19, 2015 C- 1992- 081/Hayden Gulch Loadout JHB <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 <br />Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br />Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) <br />Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />The TAHR was well graded. Runoff was directed off the haul road appropriately. No ponding of water <br />on the haul road was observed. The road was firm and not soft. Roadside ditches were functioning appropriately. <br />Some sediment run -on was noted from farm fields to the north of the TAHR. This sediment deposition is confined <br />to the ditches and drainage area and does not enter the roadway. The TAHR was in good condition during this <br />inspection. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />The regraded facilities and office areas showed no evidence of rill or gully formation. Tire tracks were <br />evident across the reclaimed office area. It appeared that a vehicle had attempted to access the substation of <br />pasture. The tracks are not concentrating run off. Vegetation does not appear degraded due to the tire tracks. <br />Perennial grasses and forbs were beginning to green up on the reclaimed office and facilities area. <br />Areas that still require reclamation include the substation, the rail loop, cut and fill areas of the rail loop, both <br />ponds, the haul road and associated topsoil piles. <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED NA <br />OTHER (SPECIFY) NA <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS /COMPLIANCE <br />No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 6 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
