ACCEPTANCE OF FUEL COST ADJUSTMENTS:
Bidders have the option to accept Fuel Cost Adjustments in accordance with the
Revision of Section 109 - Fuel Cost Adjustment. To accept this standard special
provision, the bidder must fill in an "X" next to "YES" below. No Fuel Cost Ad-
justment will be made due to fuel cost changes for bidders who answer "NO ". If
neither line is marked, the Department will assume the bidder rejects Fuel Cost
Adjustments for this project. After bids are submitted, bidders will not be
given any other opportunity to accept or reject this adjustment.
