Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan ( SWPPP) <br />Blue Valley Ranch Site at 3375 Colorado State Highway 9 <br />❑ Buffer disturbances will occur for the construction of a water - dependent structure or water access <br />area (e.g., pier, boat ramp, and trail). <br />4.2 Perimeter Controls <br />Specific Perimeter Controls <br />■ Compacted Earthen Berm <br />Maintenance Requirements <br />Earthen berm will be inspected at a minimum of every 14 days and after a significant storm event. If <br />deficiencies are noted immediate repairs will be authorized. Removal of sediment will be directed before <br />it has accumulated to one -half of the above ground height at any perimeter control. <br />4.3 Sediment Track -Out <br />Vehicle tracking will be installed at one location, as indicated on site map. <br />• Please find the attached specification for track out controls. <br />• Administrative controls such as proper vehicle and construction traffic control will be used. <br />• Only vehicles important to the construction process will be allowed to enter work site. <br />• Street sweeping, when necessary. <br />Installation <br />■ Will be installed at location designated on site map. <br />Maintenance Requirements <br />■ Refreshing of installed track pad will occur, when necessary. To include additional material being <br />put in place. <br />"Where sediment has been tracked -out from your site onto the surface of off -site streets, other <br />paved areas, and sidewalks, you must remove the deposited sediment by the end of the <br />same work day in which the track -out occurs or by the end of the next work day if track -out <br />occurs on a non -work day. You must remove the track -out by sweeping, shoveling, or <br />vacuuming these surfaces, or by using other similarly effective means of sediment removal. <br />You are prohibited from hosing or sweeping tracked -out sediment into any stormwater <br />conveyance (unless it is connected to a sediment basin, sediment trap, or similarly effective <br />control), storm drain inlet, or surface water.
