There are three property owners lying on the north side of Shelbe Lane and one landowner east <br />of CR 29 and west of the expanded area who have structures that lie within 200 feet of the <br />expanded boundary line. Those structure owners are: <br />1) Roman and Tiffany Contet <br />2) Darrell and Shirley Smith <br />3) Gregory and Jill Yocom <br />4) Wayne and Debra Klee <br />We will be negotiating structure agreements with these owners during the process when the <br />Division is providing adequacy comments. Structure agreements will be needed, but only before <br />final approval can occur. <br />7. Additionally, during the inspection conducted on October 6, 2014, the Division observed a fence line <br />near the northwest corner of the original 1 10c boundary that appears to be within the proposed 112c <br />boundary. Please provide information on ownership of this fence. <br />The fence line near the northwest corner of the original 110c boundary is was erected by Mr. <br />Schure's grandfather and is still controlled by Kym Schure. <br />We hope the responses are adequate to declare the application complete.
