Colowyo Coal Company <br />2014 Annual Reclamation and Hydrology Report <br />• North Good Springs Well (NGSW) is an alluvium well located along State <br />Highway 13 and this site represents the downdip condition below mining <br />activities. It is shown on the Surface & Ground Water Sampling Sites Map <br />located in Exhibit 2C. Monitoring has occurred from 1989 to 2014. <br />• Gossard Well is an alluvium well located within the rail loop facility and <br />represents the condition of groundwater associated with the Gossard Loadout <br />Faclity. Access to this well is through Colowyo private property and the well <br />location is shown on the Surface & Ground Water Sampling Sites Map located in <br />Exhibit 2C. Monitoring has occurred from 1983 to 2014. <br />• MT -95 -02 Well is an alluvium well that is located just south of the rail loop <br />facility and represents the down dip condition below current and proposed mining <br />activities. This well is represented on the Surface & Ground Water Sampling <br />Sites Map located in Exhibit 2C. Monitoring started in the first quarter of 2008 <br />and has continued through 2014. <br />• MLC -04 -01 is located in the Little Collom Gulch valley fill, this site represents <br />the condition of the Little Collom Gulch valley -fill aquifer below the proposed <br />mining activities. This well is represented on the Surface & Ground Water <br />Sampling Sites Map located in Exhibit 2C. Monitoring started in the first quarter <br />of 2011 and has continued through 2014. <br />• MC -04 -01 is located in the Collom Gulch valley fill, this site represents the <br />condition of the Collom Gulch valley -fill aquifer adjacent to the proposed <br />Collom Lite pit. This location is additionally designated as a "Point of <br />Compliance" well for alluvial groundwater monitoring purposes. This well is <br />represented on the Surface & Ground Water Sampling Sites Map located in <br />Exhibit 2C. Monitoring started in the first quarter of 2011 and has continued <br />through 2014. <br />• MC -04 -02 is located in the Collom Gulch valley fill, this site represents the <br />condition of the Collom Gulch valley -fill aquifer adjacent to the proposed <br />Little Collom X pit. This well is represented on the Surface & Ground Water <br />Sampling Sites Map located in Exhibit 2C. Monitoring started in the first quarter <br />of 2011 and has continued through 2014. <br />• MJ -95 -01 is located in the West Fork Jubb Creek valley fill, this site represents <br />the condition of the West Fork Jubb Creek valley fill aquifer adjacent to the <br />northeast (downgradient) side of the proposed Collom Lite pit. This well is <br />represented on the Surface & Ground Water Sampling Sites Map located in <br />Exhibit 2C.
