2. Topsoil Replacement <br />Topsoil will be replaced at a thickness of 12 inches over all disturbed areas at the Cerise Mine <br />that are reclaimed from their mining condition. The topsoil will either be directly placed, or <br />come from the topsoil berms along the edge of the site. The paved access road will remain on <br />site permanently as an access for the land owner. <br />The topsoil from the topsoil berms will be used on the remainder of the site that was not <br />concurrently reclaimed. The compacted areas will be ripped prior to topsoil placement the help <br />root penetration past the topsoil. <br />3. Haul Roads Access <br />All internal haul road will be reclaimed to the post mine land use. A ramp will be left in place <br />within the pit to facilitate access to the bottom for wildlife and the landowner. The paved site <br />access will be left in place for use by the land owner. <br />4.
