Responses are fully adequate for the following comments: 1 through 23 and we provided new <br />comments, which are 24 and 25. <br />EXHIBIT E - Reclamation Plan (Rule 6.4.5): <br />24) DRMS received the following list of reclamation grass species by email: <br />8.4 PLS /ac Slender Wheatgrass <br />9.6 PLS /ac Western Wheatgrass <br />7.8 PLS /ac Mountain Brome <br />1.8 PLS /ac Sand Dropseed <br />1.8 PLS /ac Alfalfa <br />1 PLS /ac Blue Grama <br />0.5 PLS /ac Fringed Sage <br />DRMS believes that this seed mix is an improvement over the seed mix provided in the <br />original 110c permit. Please clarify; in your response to the Colorado Parks and Wildlife <br />(DRMS Preliminary Adequacy Review question #23), you stated that the seed mix will <br />include Sheep Fescue. However, the seed mix emailed to the Division did not contain Seep <br />Fescue. Please provide the revised seed mix and seeding rates.
