CQA ACTIVITIES:
1) Field Activities: Field activities and observation during this reporting period included: Slope grading
and structural fill placement; HVSCS riser pipe installation; and monitoring SO placement in the
PSSA.
11) Laboratory Activities: Permeability, Atterberg limits, moisture, and sieve analysis laboratory testing
continued.
The following samples were collected and returned to Amec Foster Wheeler's laboratory for analysis:
Spent Ore Samples SO 10 -1 through SO 13 -1 (information only).
