56 4. For DWDA #2, soil samples will be collected on no greater than 100 -foot centers. Each location will be sampled in increments of 0 -9" and 9 -24 ". The upper increments will be analyzed individually for the criteria listed in Table 25A Soil Test Parameters. A representative composite of the 9 -24" increment will be similarly analyzed for the criteria listed in Table 25B. The soil analysis report shall include recommended soil enhancements. a. Areas with suitable topsoil cover material will be seeded with the approved seed mix (Table 26). Soil enhancements will be added in accordance with the reported recommendations. b. Any areas with unsuitable material (Table 16) will receive an additional nine inches of topsoil from the topsoil storage pile located east of the DWP and be resampled prior to seeding. The area will be fenced prior to the first growing season. 5. During the second growing season, a visual reconnaissance of the seeded area will be conducted to determine the desirability of inter - seeding to ensure the achievement for plant density and diversity. Noxious weeds shall be controlled either mechanically or with .a Division approved herbicide. 6. During the fifth growing season, the area will be fully evaluated for progress toward vegetation success. This will ensure a timely response should additional action be required to meet reclamation standards. The Division will be provided with the results of this evaluation.
