Exhibit D <br />Reclamation Plan <br />Blue Valley Pit <br />A. The overburden is at a approximate 1' -3' in depth and will be <br />stockpiled and placed back at the end of the active mining <br />operations but before topsoil placement. <br />B. Slopes will be 3:1 or flatter. <br />C. <br />1. Approximate 6" of topsoil will be placed on the slopes and <br />permitted area before they are seeded. <br />2. The permitted area will be reseeded at the end of the <br />mining operation <br />3. Reseeding will be as per Blue Valley's recommended. Please <br />see the attached seeding chart. <br />4. Seed will be planted with a grass drill. <br />5. Mulching shall be weed free stray or hay. Applied at <br />approximately 2 tons per acre and shall be crimped by a <br />tractor or bulldozer. <br />6. N/A <br />D. Slopes will be a maximum of 3:1 as shown on Exhibit D <br />E. There are no waste rock dumps, underground mine opening, <br />ditches, or sediment control facilities at this mining site. <br />
