Please specify if the proposed prospecting site has been photographed to document pre - prospecting <br />conditions. If photos have been taken, then provide them to the Division prior to conducting <br />prospecting activities. Upon completion of reclamation and request for surety release, the Division <br />may consider the photos as evidence of adequate reclamation. <br />13. The Applicant submitted a map which depicts the location of the proposed prospecting activities. <br />However, the map does not depict the location of the trenches. Please submit a revised map which <br />accurately depicts the location of the trenches. <br />Be advised that if these items have not been addressed within 60 days of the date of this letter (May 4, <br />2015), the Division may terminate the NOI application in accordance with Rule 5.13(c) of the Hard Rock <br />Rules. <br />Please remember to designate as appropriate those materials in the application that you desire to be made <br />confidential versus those to be made public.
